Working closely with the Branch Manager, the Data Processing Agent will ensure all information processed at the branch is entered correctly and in a timely manner for accurate processing and management.

Key responsibilities include:

    • Efficiently manage the entry of large amounts of information
    • Prepare and sort documents for data entry in a timely manner
    • Enter data into database software and ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
    • Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
    • Ensure branch has created sufficient data backups as part of a contingency plan
    • Respond to information requests from authorized members
    • Test new database systems and software updates
    • Support the branch manager in smooth maintenance and operations of the branch

Successful candidates will have:

      • Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
      • Fluent in Hausa & English
      • Attention to detail
      • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
      • Ability to work to time constraints
      • Possess an original and unexpired Drivers License
      • OND (Ordinary National Diplomas)
      • Must reside and be available to work between one or more of the following states:
        Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, or Zamfara.
      • Strong Interpersonal skills: Integrity & Honesty
      • Bonus points for:
        • Knowledge of hardware maintenance and/or repair
        • Ability to travel cross-state
        • Formal Computer/IT Training Certification
